| The committee maintains our neighborhood in accordance with the covenants and bylaws. Committee members will handle complaints and concerns, communication, coordinate neighborhood events, and act as the "voice" for the neighborhood. The committee members are: |

Common Area and Pool Rules
The recreation area hours are Mon. - Thur. 8AM - 9PM and Fri. - Sun. 8AM - 10PM. Recreation area/ pool passes can be purchased for $25 each by contacting Michelle - michelle@oxfordridge.net.
RESERVATIONS: The pavilion area may be reserved for special events such as birthday parties, by sending a request to Kristi - kristi@oxfordridge.net. All reservations will be maintained on the Calendar page of this website, so please check it before reserving to make sure there are no conflicts.
PLEASE NOTE: Private parties are not permitted in the recreation area. Neighbors are allowed to utilize the recreation facilities during reserved times.
Pavilion Reservation Rules:
- No holiday weekends
- Saturday and Sunday - 10AM-12N and 4PM-9PM only
- Weekdays - no restrictions
- Events should be kept to a 2-3 hour time period
